Music Preschool: $75 for an 8 week session (missed lessons are not made up and are nonrefundable)

Policies:

1. PAYMENTS – All lessons are paid for in advance by postdated checks. Checks must be postdated for the first of each month. For example October's lesson fees would be due October 1st. If there are three lessons in the month the cost is $48. If there are four lessons in the month the cost for that month is $64. If there are five lessons in that month $80. The teaching year is from September to May. Postdated checks must be turned in no later than the second lesson for the whole year. When you register for music lessons you will receive a schedule for the year. There will be a service charge on all NSF checks.


2. REFUNDS There will be no refunds for missed lessons.

3. MAKE-UP LESSONS. In order to qualify for a make up lesson 24 hour notice must be given via telephone NOT email. The exception being if the child is sick and is missing school on the day of the lesson. The parent must phone the Music Studio by 8 am that morning and leave a message. Miss Welz has a very busy teaching schedule so it would be much appreciated if lessons were not cancelled often. Two Saturdays per year will be scheduled for make up lessons. These Saturdays will be announced via email and the newsletter.

4. TEACHING YEAR: September - May. Though teaching is a wonderful experience music teachers depend on music lessons for their income a committment to finish the year is expected.

5. TERMINATION OF MUSIC LESSONS: If the student is moving or the lessons have become unworkable one month's notice is expected in writing to terminate lessons and lessons paid up until the end of that month. For example if the student wishes to discontinue lessons in November. Notice would need to be given by December 1 and lessons paid up until the end of December.
